The Lodge's premiere restaurant, A.R. Valentien, features fresh regional cuisine served in an elegant, timbered room overlooking the 18th hole of Torrey Pines Golf Course. For New Year's Eve, Chef Jeff Jackson has created an extraordinary five-course menu that reflects his trademark style of imaginative, market-driven cooking, featuring a variety of premiere seasonal foods from some of California's finest organic farms, orchards and fishermen. The Spa at Torrey Pines

The 9,500 square foot Spa at Torrey Pines celebrates La Jolla's coastal freshness of sea, land, and air with signature treatments themed around the natural purity of this jewel-like setting. Begin the New Year afresh with a rejuvenating 50-minute Spa treatment selected from a menu based on coastal botanical and marine-based extracts, a complete line of restorative treatments that includes therapeutic, meditative and cobblestone massages, facials, body wraps, and a Vichy shower and hydrotherapy.
